Check out our bright smiles

We believe that excellence matters in all aspects of our care, and it shows.

An Improved Smile Made Simple

Our good friend broke his front tooth and felt his smile was a bit yellow. We restored the center two teeth after a round of whitening and voila! An improved smile in two simple steps.

Restoration of old bonding

This delightful young woman with a wonderful smile was ready to transition out of the bonding she’d had done years ago at another practice. This is one of our many cases where we were able to provide a beautiful cosmetic result using a very conservative approach with porcelain veneers. She loves her new smile!

For a chipped tooth, call our office – and call immediately if you’re in pain.

While it usually isn’t crucial to save the broken pieces of the tooth, by all means keep them and bring them with you when we see you. We are experts in getting your teeth back to normal as quickly as possible.

These photos show teeth that were severely chipped, and we repaired these in less than 45 minutes.

Wear and discoloration

Here is a lovely lady who had grown dissatisfied with the wear and discoloration of her upper front teeth. We were able to determine how the wear had occurred and formulated a solution with lasting results. She chose to have minor tooth repositioning to align her teeth for protected and lasting function. Then it was really easy to do some conservative porcelain restorations. The quality of the laboratory (that makes the restorations) matters! Hats off to our laboratory for a stunning, life-like result!

“Peg” laterals

A handsome young man after orthodontic repositioning. He had undersized, or “peg” laterals – which are the teeth on either side of the front teeth – that were undersized and more cone-shaped. In the second photo you can see how those laterals now match the front teeth. This case required almost zero tooth reduction in order to place porcelain veneers.

Custom porcelain

This gentleman came in because he thought he might have a cavity to be filled. As we took the time to look closely together, we discovered that he had a few more things creating a negative impact on his long-term health. After talking at length with us, he said, “I never thought there was anything else that could be done for me.”

We utilized the skill of our expert specialty network to make significant changes that actually put him back to where he was decades before. He opted for “natural-appearing” porcelain that fit his face and was age-appropriate. Our Seattle lab did a fantastic job customizing the porcelain to make it life-like. This rehabilitation was completed in 2000-2001 and is still beautiful today.

Bite force management, porcelain veneers and crowns

This nice lady wanted to improve the appearance of her upper teeth, establish a more comfortable bite, and alter her lower front teeth. With a combination of bite force management, porcelain veneers and crowns, we were able to provide a result that she was thrilled with!

Porcelain veneer

Here is a lovely young lady with an injury to one of her front teeth. We were able to place a very conservative porcelain veneer in 2005. This “after” photo is on the very day we placed it. We saw her in the spring of 2021 and it looks even better now!
