Dr. Michael Teuscher founded this practice more than 35 years ago with a simple conviction: exceptional dental care begins with trust-filled communication and a genuine desire to serve. Over decades of practice, he became one of fewer than 1% of dentists nationwide trained at the elite Kois Center for Restorative Excellence.
His three sons — Riley, Brayden, and Jameson — each followed their father's calling, adding their own areas of clinical mastery: airway orthodontics, dental implants and oral surgery, and cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Together, they've built something rare: a four-doctor, family-run practice where the name above the door is a genuine promise of care.

Dr. Michael Teuscher
Dr. Michael Teuscher is the architect of the practice's clinical philosophy — and after more than 35 years, he remains one of its most sought-after clinicians. His expertise spans cosmetic makeovers, full-mouth reconstruction, advanced prosthodontics, TMJ therapy, and oral cancer screening.
He is among fewer than 1% of dentists nationwide who have completed post-doctoral training at the Kois Center for Restorative Excellence in Seattle — widely regarded as the most rigorous advanced training in dentistry. He has also studied at The Dawson Academy, the Karl E. Misch International Implant Institute, the Pankey Institute, and the Frank Spear Education Center, and continues to study more than three times the required CE hours each year.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Teuscher has served as a Clinical Instructor at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, mentored dental professionals on complex cases, and led dentist study groups for years. His patients aren't just getting a great restoration — they're getting the thinking of a doctor who has dedicated his life to understanding how everything connects.

Dr. Riley Teuscher
Dr. Riley brings a uniquely forward-thinking perspective to dentistry. A former four-year college basketball player and Dean's List graduate from Wheaton College, he went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University — and is now one of the most distinguished practitioners in airway-focused dentistry in Kane County.
His clinical focus on pediatric airway expansion sets TLD apart from virtually every general practice in the region. Using fixed expanders, Myobrace, Vivos appliances, and traditional braces, Dr. Riley addresses the root causes of crowded teeth, mouth breathing, and sleep-disordered breathing in children — preventing problems that would otherwise require far more complex treatment later in life.
Dr. Riley also provides Invisalign and cosmetic orthodontics for adults, implant placement, and advanced restorative dentistry. He is a certified Airway Health Solutions Platinum Pediatric Provider and a member of the American Orthodontic Society.

Dr. Brayden Teuscher
Before dental school, Dr. Brayden spent years in finance at a Fortune 200 company — and walked away from it. He wanted a career that let him serve people in a genuinely personal way. Dr. Brayden has a heart to love and serve his patients well, as he has been loved and served by Christ. That conviction defines who he is as a clinician: present, attentive, and driven by something more than the clinical outcome alone.
Dr. Brayden leads Teuscher Legacy Dental's dental implant program. He places and restores implants — one doctor who understands your full case from consultation to final crown. His implant workflow combines 3D CBCT digital planning, guided surgical placement, and premium BioHorizons® implants for predictable, long-lasting results.
He graduated Cum Laude from Wheaton College (Academic All-American basketball), then earned his D.M.D. from Midwestern University. His philosophy of care is whole-body and integrative — he views your oral health as inseparable from your systemic health, not a problem to be patched in isolation.

Dr. Jameson Teuscher
The youngest of the Teuscher sons, Dr. Jameson grew up inside this practice — literally. He spent six years assisting at TLD through undergrad and dental school, applying the same philosophies he watched his father and brothers build, long before he wore a white coat of his own.
What stands out about Dr. Jameson to his patients — consistently — is his gentleness and thoroughness. At Midwestern University's dental clinic, patients sought him out because of it. He's a natural clinician with a warm, easy-going chairside manner that puts even the most anxious patients at ease.
Dr. Jameson provides comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry for adults and children, including root canals, crowns, and restorations. He is continuing his advanced training in endodontics and state-of-the-art treatment planning. Outside the office, he's an avid guitarist — ask him what he's working on.
